In order to keep your infrastructure running at peak performance, our maintenance support includes system health check to IT equipment, ensure server backup to ensure the data remains protected and provide problem troubleshooting and resolution for system and network devices.

We offer both on-site and remote support options and all work is carried out to the strictest standards by our experienced technicians, giving you the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you are dealing with professionals.

Standard Server Infrastructure & Desktop Support • Contract Basis. Support covers standard server application and PC support
Enterprise Server Infrastructure Support • Contract Basis. Support covers Enterprise Server application for instance AD, Exchange, storage and virtualization environment.
Network & Security Support • Contract Basis. Support covers all network equipment. Option for 8×5 or 24×7 support.
Ad-Hoc Support • Non-Contract and on call basis. Support for server and network issue at best availability basis.
