Under the directive of Eucera Sdn Bhd, Xentury Technology Sdn Bhd has entered into a definitive merger agreement with End2End Services Sdn Bhd.

This merger exercise further strengthens our position in the IT Infrastructure Service Industry and this partnership is also expected to result in greater efficiencies and significantly increase our service value.
